If you are in the UK, you can pay by bank transfer; outside of the UK, debit card payment is available. Refer to our BOOK YOUR PACKAGE page for more details. Or, if you cannot come for the full holidays, you can consider our 8 day package.
What is
included
• Accommodation in modern and high standard rooms (based on double occupancy) at 4* hotel, including two single beds or a queen size bed, private bathroom, Cable TV, WIFI, air conditioning (cold-heat), linens and towels, daily maid service, in central Buenos Aires.
• Full Breakfast every day
• 9 Tango classes specifically for our group: tango classes with World class instructors (only for our group).
• 4 Milongas: the first four milongas we will go to.
• Welcome dinner at the peña.
• Extensive visits of Buenos Aires: together we will be touring Palermo, Recoleta, la Boca, Microcentro, Puerto Madeiro, and the buzzing San Telmo market.
• Visit of Tigre: we will go to the Delta and enjoy a full day near the water. Train included.
• And some surprises!
What is
not included
• Flights & insurance: Flights to and from Buenos Aires and taxi to/from the airport are not included; Medical/Travel insurance that MUST be purchased before departure. Ensure your insurance fully covers you in case of Covid / flight cancellations.
• Single occupancy: costs are double occupancy based. For single occupancy an extra charge of £295 applies (or £195 if you stay 8 days)
• Mini bar drinks in your room or extra ad-hoc costs such as laundry at hotel, special requests which are usually charged by the hotel
• Staying one or more extra nights? No problem at all, just let us know as early as you can so we can arrange accomodation for you after the end (i.e. outside) of the organised holidays. The cost is £100 / extra night. There will be no activity organised outside of the trip dates.
• Meals: except Welcome Dinner and daily breakfast
• Entry to the Milongas or shows except the 4 first Milongas; out of pocket expenses (and what is not specified in the ‘included’ paragraph above).
Cancelation
policy
Deposit is strictly non refundable apart from full refund for Covid-19 reasons (more on this). The remainder of the payment is fully refundable until 60 days before departure, at which point it becomes non refundable.
