IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COVID19

You will need to be fully vaccinated to join the trip and comply with all legal and health requirements to go to Argentina / Japan at the point of departure.
Your deposit will be fully refunded in the (unlikely) event the entire trip is cancelled because of Covid-19, for example if all flights are cancelled, or if we are unable to go to Argentina because it is on the red list and we cannot be there without full quarantine.

We ask you to ensure your travel insurance covers Covid-19 (most now do) so that you are also reimbursed for all your medical expenses. So, if you develop Covid symptoms and are unable to travel just before departure, you will need to claim refund through your insurance.

Typically an insurance including Covid19 will fully reimburse you if:

1. Before you travel:
You have to cancel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19, within 14 days of departure, and you are unable to travel
You have to cancel because a family member you stayed with has tested positive, so you have to self isolate

2. During your trip:
You have emergency medical expenses or need to be repatriated as a result of falling ill with COVID-19
You have to extend your stay due to being diagnosed with COVID-19 and incur additional accommodation and/or transport costs

In case you have to self isolate or test positive just before flying, please apply for refund through your insurance.
