What is
included
• Accommodation in very comfortable hotels, some even including a spa / onsen. Please note ACCOMMODATION WILL BE SHARED. If you prefer a single accommodation, choose the ‘single’ upgrade.
• 4 classes for our group are included in the holidays in Tokyo
• Welcome dinner in Tokyo
• Inland travel by train: the package includes a 7-day travel rail pass for our train travels around Tokyo and around Kyoto, Nara, Fuji… Your Railpass can be used on any train (JR)
• Bullet train (Shinkansen) for travel outside of Tokyo.
* Japan rail pass can ONLY be purchased by non Japan residents, and must be bought and picked up BEFORE leaving to Japan. It is not available in Japan. We will buy it on your behalf and give it to you when we see you in Tokyo.
What is
not included
• Flights & travel insurance
• Out of pocket expenses, incl. tube (metro, typically £1.50 per travel) and Hakone pass when not covered by the Railpass, taxi (if you choose to travel by independantly from hthe group), entry to temples (typically £5), milongas + other sights.
• Meals (note that eating out is not expensive in Japan)
• What is not specified in the ‘what is included’ paragraph above – for example personal gift purchases, if you go out for drinks…
Cancelation
policy
Deposit is strictly non refundable. The remainder of the payment is fully refundable until 120 days before departure, at which point it becomes non refundable.
